Realme has now become the second largest smartphone brand in India. A recent market survey by Counterpoint Research revealed that Realme beat Samsung to capture 17 percent of the market share in the fourth quarter of 2021. This is just 1 per cent ahead of Samsung's 16 per cent stake, but it is a big deal for Realme, which has now become one of the most aggressive smartphone brands. Realme is now closer to Xiaomi, which still dominates the market with a share of 24 percent in the last quarter.
